I have used almost every natural health method known. In this video I share natural health information deemed to protect against radiation exposure. You will see information taken from several sources, including MacroBiotics. and Ann Wigmore.

MacroBiotic was used after the atomic bombing of Hiroshima to treat severe cases of radiation poisoning. I have also included principles from raw food programs, including the use of wheat grass.

The principles in this video, combine the strong points of several powerful programs. I believe they have the power to provide protection against radiation exposure.

I have relied on natural health methods to stay healthy for over 35 years. During that time I have not used a doctor, do not take any prescription drugs, no over the counter remedies. I have no illness or diseases.

Before using these programs, please consult your health care professional.

Extreme Combat Hapkido is an elite modern marital art that includes hand to hand combat, knife skills, combat handgun, combat shotgun, and combat carbine. It is a complete art based on traditional Hapkido.

The roots the Korean art of Hapkido are derived from Aikido. The most famous of Aikido practitioners is Steve Segal. The joint locks and joint breaks you see in Segal’s movies are the same as taught in Hapkido.

I had my own martial arts school and developed an taught Extreme Combat Hapkido to advanced students who had black belts.

It is difficult for preppers without marital arts to learn an art from scratch and there may not be time to become skillful at martial arts. Also martial arts have a limited use in a TEOTWAWKI situation. I will however teach you some basics that could save your life. I believe the basics are critical skills for preppers to learn.

I will also try to help you develop a fighting or warrior spirit – the Sword of David. It is important to become strong and to never surrender.

God bless you.

Keep on Prepping

For many years, the message I have been telling everyone is to “keep on prepping.” There are several aspects to prepping, including getting yourself and your family ready for a SHTF situation. But there are other aspects as well.

What I have found over the span of 30 plus years of prepping is that you must never slack off. You must prep on a daily consistent basis. Don’t wait for the storm to draw near before you start prepping. Do it now. Keep on Prepping!

Preppers who prep at the calm points, before the storm, are able to get bargains. Those who hesitate, or wait, get stuck buying when a crisis has caused a spike in demand and price. Consistent preppers who prep an a daily basis as part of their lifestyle will come out ahead.

Another aspect of prepping that is encompassed in my “Keep on Prepping” philosophy and message is to help others along the way. Prepping is a way to help others become aware of a potential crises and to be ready. Preppers can also help others by teaching them prepper skills.

Today there are numerous preppers who are getting the message out and who are networking and promoting events to unite to create a cohesive community. I want to play a part in spreading the message, raising awareness, and teaching other to prep.

God bless everyone.

The Savage 10 FP LE .308 is an accurate gun – right out of the box!

That’s right, the Savage is extremely accurate for the money, and depending on circumstances could hold its own against much more expensive rifles. I am not great shooter, but I was able to get a 3 round group of less than 1/2 inch at 200 yards. That is amazing for an out of the box, relatively inexpensive gun.

There are several configurations of the Savage 10 FCP LE that offer several stocks, including the McMillian stock which did cost a little more. Unlike the HS Precision, the McMillian would require additional bedding. The 10FP series rifles are configured with the adjustable AccuTrigger, matte-blued barreled action, heavy free-floating and button-rifled barrel, an oversized bolt handle, internal box magazine (holding 4 rounds), and three swivel studs for sling and bipod mounting.

The heavy 20″ to 26″ is a free floated barrel which also has a recessed muzzel crown. An undamaged crown is critical for accuracy. A chipped, scratched or nicked crown allows gases to push the bullet slightly off target, significantly destroying accuracy. The rifling rate of twist is: 1 in 10″

The Savage FCP LE rifles are stocked with traditional shaped polymer stocks that have dual-pillar bedding and a third sling stud for mounting a bipod. Stocks that are options include:

* Choate designed by Major John Plastner, author of the “Ultimate Sniper” – The stock is a synthetic material with Dragunov-like skeleton butt, pistol grip, wide forearm, an adjustable cheekpad and buttplate.
* Choate “Folding” – Similar to the “Ultimate Sniper” stock except the stock folds.
* Choate “Tactical” – Synthetic material with adjustable cheek rest.
* McMillan fiberglass stocks.
* HS Precision stocks

The Savage 10 FP is a sniper/tactical rifle that shoots sub-MOA out of the box if you use match ammunition.

The tolerances on this gun are tight and the receiver and bolt are specifically manufactured (with matching serial numbers) for each other and are NOT interchangeable with other Savage FP rifles. The tight tolerance help the rifle’s accuracy from being affected by heat, moisture, and vibration.

I would not hesitate to recommend this gun to anyone, especially if you are on a budget. Of course, if you have an unlimited budget, are as rich as the FBI, and you can use taxpayer money, then go for the high priced gun. (Dear FBI please do not be PO at me, I am just a lowly little old prepper).

Well, thanks for watching. Hope you subscribe.
