This video is an accuracy update on my Savage model 10 FCP .308 Winchester. The Savage rifle is one of the most accurate guns, out of the box, in its price range. It is an amazingly accurate factory gun that rivals or beat the competition including many custom guns. For ipad users click

I was at the range viagra generique forum indien shooting last weekend, October 6&7, 2012 shooting 100 and 200 yards, using 3 different lots of ammo and had no intention of doing a video on accuracy. I have also shot better groups in the past. It was less than ideal conditions. And yet, the Savage preformed admirably. Its quite a gun.

Without the use of a front rest, I was able to shoot 1/4 MOA and 1/2 inch groups at 200 yards. That’s pretty good considering I am not that good of a shot. It just proves that viagra sans ordonnance the Savage is an amazing gun.

Keep in mind that the model 10 fcp is not their competitive bench rest gun. Their F class and target guns should shoot much better. All I can say is Savage delivers.

If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive gun with exceptional accuracy, I can whole heartily recommend the Savage 10 FCP in .308 Winchester. It is a great gun and a great value.

I love the KA-BAR and have owned a small collection of them as a small kid. They are great knives. In fact, the KA-BAR is a standard of excellence by which I cialis generique judge other survival defensive knives.

The KA-BAR is a proven knife that has been used in combat and survival situations since adopted by the United States Marine Corps in November 1942 as the 1219C2 combat knife (later designated the USMC Mark 2 combat knife or Fighting Utility Knife).

In my top 3 survival tools video, I precios de la viagra en farmacias compared the KA-BAR to other knives and choose the Cold Steel Recon Scout as the knife I would carry with me. This does not discredit the KA-BAR. I would very easily and successfully use a KA-BAR to fulfill any and all prepping needs. However, reality dictates that there are other and better knife choices for specific purposes and needs.

If your prepping budget does not allow for more expensive knives, consider the KA-BAR as your choice of blades. As stated it is proven. It is a

knife that works. It is a knife that will not let

you down. The Ka Bar is a great and classic knife.

In a TEOTWAWKI or WROL situation, defense will be key to your survival as a prepper. You will be targeted. They will come after you. Be ready, get your ducks in a row. Defense is key.

Is your retreat ready for defense? Are you prepared for a WROL or SHTF event? Can you defend yourself and your family?

Practice shooting, fire drills, harden your home, have escape routes, are just some of the things you must do.

I have been busy designing and building Gen 4™ prepper retreats. This video is a intro to the Gen 4 Design concept. I have the opportunity to publish a book on retreat design and construction. It will be a matter of finding the time to write it and also compile the information into a useable format.

The Gen 4 Design is my proprietary design and part of my complete system of prepping. It offers the utmost in security and defendability.

Reality dictates that there is no fail safe method of survival or defense of a person or a retreat. All we can do is attempt to minimize our risks and exposures by building into the retreat as many defense elements as possible.

As a bodyguard and a designer of retreats, I am highly aware of the shortcomings in both of these areas. In Executive Protection, if someone really wants to take out my client, by employing overwhelming force, there is little that can be done. All I can do is minimize the risk by building a defensive barrier for my clients protection that makes the bad guy use more resources to accomplish an attack. The same applies to retreats. By integrating multiple layers of defense mechanisms in the design and building of a retreat, I can minimize the risk of being overwhelmed as well as increase the probability of defending the retreat. That being said, there are no guarantees. Life is a game of probabilities.

I design retreats. Are they perfect? No. But they are, in my opinion, better than anything I have seen out there so far. I have put years of my life into designing and building retreats. Having grown up as a young boy working for my father, who was an excavator/land developer/builder, in some ways, I believe building retreats was part of my destiny.

I have been given the opportunity to write a book on the subject, it will be a major challenge. I hope I have the time and energy and can pass on my knowledge to other preppers before the SHTF.

A good defense will always have an element of offensive capability employed. Perimeter warning systems, patrols of property, LP/OP etc. will hopefully give ample warning time to employ an offensive team as well as a long range ability to defeat the threat. It is not wise to sit and wait for the enemy to start shooting at your dwelling. Everyone in our group trains several times a week. We employ movement into our fire team training as well as long range precision shooting. You can never train too much or be too prepared.

The best designed and built retreat will not be effective from a survival defense perspective unless the individuals are trained and disciplined. Skill and training are part of the package and are paramount.

Our dwelling also allow for a tactical withdrawal and retreat if we are overwhelmed. Also note that the main dwellings do not hold our supplies. Our supplies are all cached in various locations. It the enemy should breach our security and overwhelm us we would simply retreat. But they would inherit little more than an empty shell of a building.

Also note that anyone attempting to overtake the retreat will pay dearly. There are multiple layers of security features to give us ample warning to counter a threat. There are also barriers and traps that would be very costly to an intruder. An intruder would pay dearly and have to fight with blood to gain a foothold.

Many preppers today seem to be obsessed with the idea of getting enough protein. Just a thought, but protein is usually not the most important nutrient for preppers. Protein is easy to store.

What’s more difficult is getting quality healthy fats. Contrary to popular opinion, your body needs fat – quality fat. Americans get too much junk fat, and that is unhealthy. Storing quality fat is a challenge. Eating skinless chicken breasts over a long period without getting enough fat causes a nutritional imbalance that could lead to damage to the brain and nervous system. Many quality fats go rancid quickly even when properly stored.

Also keep in mind that the majority of the word’s populations do not eat meat or much of it. Billions of people eat little or no meat. We are not carnivores and do not have a nutritional need for flesh foods.

Everyone in our retreat has learned how to live in an extremely high level of health without the use of meat products. We are not vegetarians but we can easily live without meat indefinitely.

I went without any meat products for over 7 years and for 2 of those years, only ate raw food. No meat, chicken, fish, eggs, or cheese, milk etc.

I am 60 years old and do not have health issues. I have not been to a doctor in over 35 years and do not take any prescription or over the counter drugs. Feel great and am full of energy.

I am only mentioning this because flesh products in the first several years are not the best strategy. I believe if there is a WROL or TEOTWAWKI situation, there will possibly be hoards of people trying to steal your food and supplies. Cooking and using fire gives off a scent and will attract those people.

Detoxifying your body and getting it to adapt to alternative protein sources is an easier prepper lifestyle. If law and order is eventually reestablished, you can then go back to cooking and eating flesh products. Today, I eat flesh products on a limited basis. When TSHTF I will go to a fleshless, meatless diet.

I have lived weeks at a time with high energy using nothing more than water and a handful of bee pollen or spirulina, etc. Training your body to overcome hunger can be a life preserving discipline. When people start changing their diets or restricting food intake, they will get negative reactions as toxins are released into the system. I have also live on nothing but pure water for several weeks and sustained a high energy level. Being able to do that in a survival situation could save your life. Most people get very bent out of shape when they go without food for a day or two.

i am only bringing this up, because many preppers have not really thought about this. Take control of your body, discipline yourself, and prepare for survival, by learning how to get super healthy, and live with less food while maintaining strength and energy. When you detoxify and train your body, and eat quality food, your metabolism becomes more efficient. Living without meat, just might save your life!

Extreme Combat Hapkido is an elite modern marital art that includes hand to hand combat, knife skills, combat handgun, combat shotgun, and combat carbine. It is a complete art based on traditional Hapkido.

The roots the Korean art of Hapkido are derived from Aikido. The most famous of Aikido practitioners is Steve Segal. The joint locks and joint breaks you see in Segal’s movies are the same as taught in Hapkido.

I had my own martial arts school and developed an taught Extreme Combat Hapkido to advanced students who had black belts.

It is difficult for preppers without marital arts to learn an art from scratch and there may not be time to become skillful at martial arts. Also martial arts have a limited use in a TEOTWAWKI situation. I will however teach you some basics that could save your life. I believe the basics are critical skills for preppers to learn.

I will also try to help you develop a fighting or warrior spirit – the Sword of David. It is important to become strong and to never surrender.

God bless you.
